Ett väl ansett destilleri som bland annat ingår i blenden Dewar´s. Tasting notes på denna buteljering från producenten: NOSE: Rich, spicy fruit (think plums in syrup, preserved lemons) and sweet nuttiness (pecans). A scented, waxy note too, with light smoke, like Darjeeling tea.Water brings up the scented sweetness, without changing the nose overall. BODY: Light to medium. Soft, waxy and tooth-coating. PALATE: Rich, sweet and lightly spiced with a floral lift. Light citrous acidity, drying to ginger. FINISH: Lightly nutty at first, then lemon returns.
